Shipping and Tracking

Give us 0-3 days to provide your Shipping Tracking ID. 

Where to find the Shipping Tracking ID of your order. You must be login. Go to Account -> Orders -> press Order#01. Then the paper view will appear.

Find the Shipping Tracking ID on the paper view. Long press the tracking ID number then copy it, for clothes go to www.jtexpress.ph/track-and-trace for plants go to www.jrs-express.com/track And paste into it, then you can now know where your parcel are.

These are the steps to know of the status of your order. Go to Orders and find the Order Status. The statuses are Ready or Delayed then Processing then Dispatched then In Courier then Completed.

Ready is when we wait for your order to be paid.

Delayed is when we are close for a moment or we are closed in none working office hours.

Processing is when we are busy handling orders and payments, busy communicating to sellers, busy packing, busy printing delivery information, busy working of Made Upon Order products and other busy working matters.

Dispatched is when we take your parcel to courier.

In Courier is when your parcel is on now on the in courier. A Shiping tracking ID is now Available and notified via e-mail or go to Orders then press Order#.

Completed is when you recieve your parcel.

Days of Order Status + Days to make (Made Upon Order) + Days to ship = Total Days.

No problem in finding your area of delivery as long as you input drop point numbers in Geo Location on the form. The rider may scan the QR CODE of google map to find your drop off area.
