Tracking and Shipping

These are the statuses when you order:

  • Order Placed is when you ordered and we are open.
  • Delayed is when we are closed for a moment or we are closed during non-working office hours and the product or item you ordered is not fully fulfilled yet.
  • Processing is when we are checking the system, busy confirming the product or item, and busy confirming the payment.
  • In Production is when we are busy making the product for Made Upon Order.
  • Preparing to Ship is when the product or item you ordered is fully yours now, and we are packing and printing delivery information.
  • Dispatched is when we take your package or parcel to a shipper.
  • Shipped is when your package or parcel is now with the shipper. A Shipping Tracking ID is now Available. You can now COPY our Shipping Tracking ID and PASTE it on the shipper website tracking page. So you can know where your package or parcel is.
  • Delivered is when you receive your package or parcel.

Give us 0-3 days to provide your Shipping Tracking ID. 

To find the Shipping Tracking ID. You must be logged in and have ordered. At the bottom of this site, you can find the Account -> Orders -> press Order#01. Then the paper view will appear. 

Find the Shipping Tracking ID on the paper view. Long press the Shipping Tracking ID number, then copy it. 

You may PRESS the blue link to visit the tracking page website.

And paste the copied code into the tracking page website, and then you can now know where your package or parcel is.
